Holder releases management and owners from all liability in event of accident, damage or theft while on premises. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental or primary to any display, transmission or reproduction of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly. Festival is open rain or shine unless extreme weather or unsafe conditions beyond the Festival's control inhibit its ability to park vehicles or operate safely. Scheduled performances on open rain days may be revised or modified for safety. Paid tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If the Festival is unable to open, refund or rain check for paid ticket may be issued at the option of Festival management. Tickets are valid only on the date specified at purchase that which appears on this ticket and while supplies last. This ticket may not be redeemed for cash, sold, or distributed on or off event premises without written consent of management. Unlawful resale is grounds for seizure or cancellation of tickets without refund or other compensation. Ticket holder assumes risk of loss, associated with stolen, mislaid, lost or destroyed tickets. No audience solicitation or outside food and beverage permitted on premises without written consent of management. Festival encourages photography and videography for personal and/or social media use. Commercial photography and videography are prohibited without written approval by the Festival. Drones not allowed for any purposes. No pets please.
