The usage rights granted herein does not authorize recipient commercial use of the photos on or in connection with products or services offered for sale, including but not limited to merchandise, apparel, posters, calendars, books, collectibles, or other commercial products. 

Furthermore, recipient agrees to not upload, submit, license, distribute, or otherwise provide the submitted visual media to any artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, computer vision, or similar automated training system for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, developing, testing, modifying, or improving the visual media and / or such systems.
