Photo Submission Guidelines

Your photographs must be:

  • In color.

  • Taken within the past 3 months, showing current appearance.

  • Full face, front and forward view, and from the top of your shoulders to above the top of your head.

  • With a plain white or off-white background (wall or door).

  • Taken in daily attire (not in costume).

  • Do not wear a hat or headgear that obscures the hair or hair line.

  • If you normally wear a hearing device, wig or similar articles, they should be worn for your picture.

  • Dark glasses or nonprescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable.

  • Email your photo to tickets@renfestinfo.com with subject line “season pass photo”

  • Photos received after Sunday, September 24th will result in season passes being made available at the box office will call window for pick up.
